For two solid years, the Dortmund double-sided mattress by Symbol has been one of the best sellers offered by Michigan Discount Mattress. The Oxford is the less firm version of that mattress so it's the same value, same great manufacturer, same high quality materials and will likely satisfy buyers just as much; it's just a medium feel, or "Plush". 

A two-sided mattress usually offers more durability than a single-sided option. I am definitely someone who prefers a bed of this type. If you have the ability to flip the mattress (or have someone do it for you) it's definitely the superior choice, in most cases. 

The Oxford has a pocket coil spring unit that is great for minimizing motion transfer and reducing overall bounce of the bed. Gel Foam is nice to have because it helps to dissipate heat while you sleep. For its cost, the Oxford Plush is going to give you as much luxury as you can get. If you're looking for a medium feel mattress, this one just may be for you - especially if you are ordering a custom size!
