    Southeast Michigan: All Items

  • fast local delivery same day We do all of our mattress deliveries in-house, using our own clean truck and professionally trained driver. We will give you a call to schedule a delivery appointment and discuss any extra services that you might need.

    Customers may even pick up by the order from our local warehouse at their convenience. We can sell wratchet straps or provide free twine to help secure packages to your vehicle, but we are not responsible or liable for any damage that occurs while you transport your own products.

    Nationwide Delivery of:

  • Metal Frames, and other accessories:

    Smaller products like these will ship directly to you via standard FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

  • Mattresses and Foundations (box springs):

    Your mattress order will be delivered and unloaded for you, to your curbside, by a third party freight company. Shipping is available only to road accessible locations within the continental 48 states. We can not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Locations accessible only by ferry must contact us for shipping prices. You must inspect merchandise prior to the delivery person leaving; you may refuse delivery of defective, damaged, or non-conforming merchandise.

    Mattresses will be hand inspected before being placed in recycled cardboard boxes and large plastic bags for secured shipping by private freight carriers. Most memory foam mattresses, such as those made by Natures Sleep; BedBoss; or Crestview, are compressed in a vacuum sealed bag to fit into a small box for easy FedEx shipping. Items delivered to southeast Michigan may be hand delivered by the local warehouse, or even picked up by the customer at their convenience.

    All of our items are shipped with insurance; however, it is very important that you inspect the package before signing to accept it. When you sign the delivery slip, you are stating that your item has no damage and that an insurance claim can not be filed for the item. If you do see damage to the packaging, you must show it to the delivery driver to be properly documented and decide if the item should be immediately returned or opened for further inspection. Damages found after the driver leaves may not be covered by the insurance policy.

    Most standard sized items are kept in stock at all times and will ship within 2 business days. Custom sized items must be produced before they can be shipped. Items not in stock typically take 1-3 weeks to arrive at the distribution center for shipping. Once shipped, delivery takes 2-14 days. Your estimated arrival date can be known before you place your order only if you call to ask. Express shipping is available upon special request. You must be home to inspect and sign for the delivery, so we will call you to schedule a time for your delivery. If you are not home when we attempt to make a scheduled delivery, you may be charged extra for the second delivery.

    Standard delivery service is to the front door of your home or building on the ground floor. We are available to help with stairs and setup of mattresses and frames for an additional fee. Gratuity for the driver is welcomed but not required.

    Removal and disposal is only available in some areas. If this is a service that you require, please call us before placing your order.

    We do not ship on major US holidays. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. You will bear the cost of return shipping. Shipping is only refundable if we ship the wrong item. Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging. A restocking fee applies to all returns.
