For a medium height memory foam mattress, the Crestview Plush-Firm 10 has a sturdy feel that offers gel memory foam - a heat dissipating feature. In response to our customers and potential clients' recommendations, we've had Crestview create a firmer ten inch model with enhanced support, exclusively for our website and stores.
Michigan Discount Mattress designed the layer-by-layer buildup of the Crestview Plush-Firm 10 and did so with durability and feel level in mind. All three layers are composed of very high density foams. The three varying layers get progressively less dense from top-to-bottom so, there is a much lower chance that the top layers will dip in the middle or carry body impressions, when compared to similarly marketed mattress models.
As is the case with all Crestview mattresses, the Plush-Firm 10 is made completely in the USA! It also ships for free (via Fedex) to the lower 48 states. This means that there is a large amount of savings to be had when purchasing this luxury model that we're more than happy to extend to you!

As memory foam mattresses get thicker, they normally get softer. For those of you seeking a higher profile mattress with a luxurious, though firm supportive buildup of layers, it may prove to be a difficult endeavor. Normally, these types of beds get softer as they get thicker and consumers can be forced to purchase a bottom-level (example: 6" or 7") mattress, just to acquire a product that suits their feel needs. This usually results in a not-so-great investment as thinner mattress tend to have only one inch of memory foam that is atop polyurethane foam. This can lead to premature sagging and an obvious lack of comfort.
A 10" visco-elastic mattress is widely considered to be a mid-profile mattress. From what I've seen in a relatively large amount of industry examples of mattresses from a wide array of brands and manufacturers, mattresses of this height tend to be soft to medium (plush) in feel and support level. While it's not a 'brick' (after all, visco mattresses are made to sink a bit - in order to contour to your body) it is quite the sturdy sleep surface.
Outside of these quality-illustrating characteristics, the Crestview Plush-Firm 10 possesses the high density and high quality gel-infused visco-elastic memory foam that we've come to expect from Crestview beds. It's also got a washable/removeble cover that is breathable. An emphasis on coolness helps a large percentage of consumers because - on average - sleeping hot is a huge cause of people losing sleep.
While looking over the layer-by-layer specifications of the Crestview Plush-Firm 10, the first thing that jumps out at me is the overall density level of this mattress. These specs indicatie that your Crestview should outlive similarly priced competitors. Around here, we like a great deal and this is one! Also, a layer of transitional foam that lies between the top (gel/comfort) layer and the dense base means that your comfort will be preserved.
All-in-all, I've put this mattress to every test that I know, and it's one of the better values that I've come across. This adds to my list of personally recommended beds!
Measure all 4 sides of your mattress and bed frame before ordering.
We recommend you order the mattress 1 inch smaller than the space it is meant to fill.
This will leave extra room for sheets, blankets, and variations in production size. Some people like a larger gap to really have room for your hands to reach down and change sheets easily.
Please note that production size is not guaranteed to be exact.
